漸進式改變
跳出舒適圈就可以到伸展區
舒適圈就像結冰的水
伸展區就像流動的水
恐慌區就像沸騰的水
很大的變動
很難掌控且十分危險
流動就是當你受到適度刺激、適度的緊張
你伸展過度可能會受傷
好吧,我每天走二英哩
然後逐漸增加
伸展自己而不超過
每次伸展點點逐漸走出舒適圈
Gradually out
of the comfort zone
If you go beyond
that, we go out stretch zone.
The comfort zone
would be freezing water
The stretch zone
would be flowing water
The panic zone
would be boiling water
A lot of movement
But out of control
and potentially dangerous
Flow is when you
have optimal level of arousal, optimal level of tension
You are over
stretching, you’ll probably get injured
Stretch will be”,
ok let me start with walking for two miles a day and build it up gradually”
Stretch myself, but
not too much
A little out of
stretch and then build it over time
