Humanity Heart Brain Science

學校採用動力策略,在科學,機器人,藝術和數學等領域納入工程設計過程。學生學會接受一個想法,計劃,設計,構建,測試,並再次重新思考的想法,從試驗中學習持之以恆和建立學習目標。我們從創造力的環境激發想像力。

我們有精實的學術課程計畫讓學生充分發展潛能,使其成為精進和踏實的學者。

以科學課程提供整合導向,以三年的時間引導學生生命、自然和地球科學,教師提供學生做中學的經驗,建構基礎科學概念,當學生有厚實的背景知識,他們還有機會要求:如何學得更多?學生在團隊合作中做實驗,以典範、模式和設備從問題中尋找答案,在教師引導過程中穩健前進,我們的目標是提供學生豐富的科學經驗,達成理解和獨立探索的目標。

 

The school has adopted steam to strategically incorporate the engineering design process in the areas of science, robotics, the arts, and mathematics. Students learn to take an idea, plan prototypes, build, test, and rethink the idea again, with the goal of learning from their trials and persevering. We cultivate an environment of creativity to spark the imagination.

The foundation of our program is a strong academic curriculum that allows our students to reach their full potential as sophisticated and conscientious scholars.

The science curriculum provides an integrated approach, introducing students to life, physical, and earth science throughout all three years. Teachers provide students with hands-on learning experience grounded in foundational scientific concepts. After students have built strong background knowledge, they have the opportunity to ask, ”What more do I want to know?” Students work in collaborative group to engineer experiments, prototypes, models, and apparatuses to seek out the answers to their questions. Students forge their own paths with teachers guiding the process. Our goals are to provide our students a rich science experience encompassing both conceptual understanding and independent exploration.
