  對於競爭的未來，我們教育人員，應以解決未來的挑戰為職志。應思考下列問題：

★我們未來工作是甚麼樣子？

★我們國家該如何培養創新和創業的文化？

★怎樣才能讓國家恢復經濟成長？

★我們將如何應對氣候變化、高能源成本、食品、水和重要資源缺乏的重大問題？

★我們希望生活在甚麼樣的道德社會？

如何改變世界？就從現在開始！結合「創造、改變、探索、學習、提問、分享」，懷抱信心、重塑未來。擴展邊界，在有衝突的地方，跨部門合作，擴展社群，思想交叉演化，幫助你發展你的創造力和學習創新。

二十一世紀的挑戰：組織再造、靈活適應。

不斷變化的環境中 ，我們需要關注：環境、綠色能源、活力、經濟、改善教育體系 、鼓勵創業和道德領導力。

  未來需要的三種人：誰讓事件發生？誰實踐？誰讓奇蹟發生？那就是創意與創新。前進吧！這是教育人員的責任。

  For the race to the future, are we educating people to solve the challenges of the future? And have to thinking:

★What will the workplace of the future look like?

★How are we going to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in the country?

★What will it take to get the economics of the developed world growing again?

★How will we address the great problems of climate change poverty, high energy costs, scarcity of food, water and key resources?

★Will we set out the nature of the ethical society we want to live in?

   How are you changing the world? Starting now! Is a place to connect…create, change , explore ,learn ,question ,share. To be entertained. To reinvent and reshape the future. A place that pushes boundaries. A place of positive human collisions, Cross- sector cooperation and community wide, cross pollination of ideas. Thus, to help you develop your creativity and learn to innovate.

To the ever changing environment, we need to focus on: Environment, Green energy, Dynamic, Economy, Improved education system, Encouraging entrepreneurship, Ethical leadership.
