   優秀教師可以增進班級教學成效，擁有偉大的老師是一件很重要的事情。如何創造一個優秀的老師，如何改善教育系統？這是一個很重要的問題。

   校內、校外教師間有多大差異？這差異讓人難以置信。我們需要頂尖的老師，我們要獎賞、留住這些頂尖的老師。我們要發揚這些老師的作法並且將這些技能傳授至其他老師。

  頂尖的教師有甚麼特性呢？他們看起來甚麼樣子？他們的教學精神與態度和其他老師不同。他們採取團隊教學，蒐集測驗成績，並且持續提升教學水準。

  A top teacher will increase the performance of their class, having great teachers was the very key thing. How do you make a teacher great? How do you make education better? This is a important question.

    How much variation is there within a school or between schools? The answer is that these variations are absolutely unbelievable. So, it’s simple. All you need are those top teachers. We should reward those teachers. We should retain those teachers. We should find out what they’re doing and transfer that skill to other teachers.

   What are the characteristics of these top teachers? What do they look like? They’re spirit and attitude is very different than other teachers. They’re team teaching. They’re taking data, the test scores. They’re constantly improving their teaching.
