教育工作者的任務與願景

Educator mission and vision

  身為21世紀的教育工作者，我們的任務是鼓舞每個學生成為充滿自信，具備創造力，能關懷他人也能獨處的人，適應快速變遷的時代並保證成功。我們提供學生全球化的觀點，讓學生快樂學習，學術卓越，獲得平衡的生活以及能服務他人。我們提供機會讓學生充分發揮潛能，成為有愛心，有能力，有知識的年輕人，在變遷的世界致力於做一個積極的人。

  此外提供豐富多元的學術和補充課程，一所卓越的學校必須提供品格教育，給學生客觀且有意義的品格課程，小學生從活動中，國中學生從品格規範，高中學生給予榮譽典範，重視品格文化從文化和課程同時並進。我們的價值觀是：

誠信：我誠實地對待自己與他人。

仁慈：我能體諒、慈悲與關懷別人。

尊重：我尊重自己與別人，欣賞彼此差異，以希望別人對待自己的方式對待他人。

負責：我以負責盡責的態度對待自己和環境。

  As an educator is an innovative 21^st century learning community. Our mission is to inspire each student to be a confident, creative, caring, and moral individual prepared to adapt and succeed anywhere in a rapidly changing world. We provide an education with a global perspective that result in a love of learning, academic excellence, a balanced life and service to others. We offer opportunities for students to reach their full potential to become caring, competent, knowledgeable young people who are dedicated to making a positive difference anywhere in the world.

In addition to offering a rich and varied academic and cocurricular program, a school of excellence must also provide character education for students within a structured, radically intentional character formation program. Elementary school students show in action, middle school students sign a character code, and upper school students sign an honor code. Moral culture is palpable and embedded in the very culture and curriculum. Our values are:

Honesty: I am truthful to myself and others.

Kindness: I am considerate, compassionate, and caring.

Respect: I value myself and others, appreciate our differences, and treat

         others as I would want to be treated.

Responsibility: I am trustworthy, reliable and accountable to myself and

         my environment.
