研究最好的 會帶來改變

Study the Best and Make a Difference

  想知道人類最多能跑多快?從好的樣本平均數是沒用的,而應該收集奧運田徑類冠軍的訊
息,看他們能跑多快。如果想知道心靈成長的可能性,人類價值與道德發展的可能性,我認
為可以研究道德或聖哲。

  人類潛能的極限實際上一直被低估,我們不要只研究為什麼大多數人失敗,讓我們也研究為什麼有些人儘管條件惡劣,也能成功。集中精力研究最優秀的個體_非凡的人,因為最優秀的遺傳基因會在幼苗的尖端出現 這樣能幫助我們了解人類的潛能。

  研究最優秀的個體能讓每個人從中受益,而所謂的大眾,通常比菁英受益更多,教學也一樣,想了解教學要如何做?是研究一般水平教師,還是研究成功教師,然後將超級教師應用到所有教師身上?當我們只研究平均水平,我們只是描述日常生活;當我們研究最優秀個體時,我們潛意識裡在學習。因此,研究優秀人才時,每個人都受益。

  記住,沒有人會來,你只能靠自己。

  If we want to know how fast a human being can run, than it is no use to average
Out the speed of a “good sample” of the population; it if far better to collect Olympic
gold medal winners and see how well they can do . If we want to know the
possibilities for spiritual growth, value growth or moral development in human
being, then I maintain that we can learn most by studying our most moral or saintly
people.

  The highest possibilities of human nature have practically always been under rated. Let’s not just study why do most individuals fail; Let’s also study why do some-not many but why do some individuals succeed despite the circumstances. Let’s focus on studying the best. That it is the growing tip of a plant that the greatest genetic action takes place. So that we can understand and realize the potential in all people.

  Because everyone benefits, when we study the best. And the average whatever that means, the average benefits even more than the best of this kind of studies. Why? As well as teaching, what do you want to do in order to learn about teaching go and study the average teachers or go and study success teacher? And then apple what supper teacher does to all teachers? When we study our average, we are describing our lives. When we studying the best within ourselves, we are potentially prescribing. Therefore, everyone benefits when we focus on the top.

  Remember. No one is coming ! you can help yourself only.
